     Should you agree to a proposal, and later decide you would like additional work to be done, a new proposal detailing any additions will need to be drafted and signed off on by the homeowner. Depending on your goal and any new work added, this may effect the final cost of your project.

     At this time, Murray & Murray does not currently install chain link fences, although we will remove previously standing chain link structures in order to make room for new constructions such as privacy fences or decks.

We are currently running a special for our essential, frontline workers during the ongoing COVID crisis.

     The nature of wooden constructions like fences and decks means the planks will experience some shrinkage over time due to exposure to the elements. The best way to help prevent this shrinkage is by applying a medium or high quality stain to seal and protect the wood. We recommend Valspar Exterior stain, which is available in a variety of colors and finishes, including a protective clear coat.

Please remember, you must stain both sides of a fence to prevent the boards from shrinking.

    Not at all! Unlike other contractors who may demand payment in full before the project even begins, Murray & Murray only requires a 50% deposit when the building materials are delivered to the site and construction starts. Final payment is due once construction is completed.
